Us
Tri-County Appraisal has been in operation since 1996. We pride ourselves in the quality work that we produce. Types of properties we appraise and specialize in are single family, multi-family, vacant land, mobile homes, manufactured and modular homes, resort/recreation and waterfront properties. We offer a full range of appraisal products and forms to fit your needs as well as proficiency in appraisal reviews. Tri-County Appraisal is on the FHA register, completing reports for clients lending in FHA programs as well as for many clients providing other government programs and foreclosures such as FHA/HUD REO, Fannie Mae, USDA/Rural Development and WHEDA. Our company has access to all data sources including Multiple Listing Service (MLS), assessor records, on-line County access- tax, register of deeds, land, zoning, as well as FEMA and Marshall and Swift. Our reports can be completely transacted electronically with digital photos, scanned documents, digital signature and uploads through most of the appraisal portals (PDF, Lighthouse, Appraisal Port, etc.)
